The neighborhood association services exist to preserve, protect and improve the quality of life of the residents. We will strive to improve the appearance and safety of the neighborhood. We will help neighborhoods become more involved in the decision-making process of the development and maintenance of our community.

Newberry is a family-oriented, community located in a beautiful natural setting in the SE Lees Summit. Founded in 1999, the neighborhoods rich traditions of excellence, mutual respect and integrity continue to be the foundation for a gracious, welcoming culture. Our members enjoy enriching family experiences and treasured friendships for a lifetime of pleasure and cherished memories.
Integrity is about doing the right thing, following the rules and keeping your word. Honesty is another element of character consistent with integrity. It manifests in important behaviors such as adhering to the rules of and keeping a well-maintained property. Integrity is expected from everyone at Newberry.
